We think the current model for insurance aggregators extracts more value from the industry and consumers than it contributes. We’re creating a better market for buyers and sellers of personal insurance through a superior digital experience.

A big part of creating a superior digital experience for insurance buyers and sellers is digital communications and a big part of that is email. That’s why we decided it was time to upgrade our email notices, increase our brand awareness, and give emails a voice – our voice.

Now when our clients, affiliates, and agency partners get email from us they’ll get a better idea of the kind of company we are through the way we communicate. We’re a fun, modern insurance technology company creating a superior digital experience. Our communications should reflect that. And we don’t just mean external communications. We treat internal notifications the same way.
